War Dogs vehicles: SPH-2, Humvee, L2A6, MH-6

War Dogs vehicle list from the firing-range cards: SPH-2, Humvee, L2A6, MH-6. Bought from the same till as a rifle. No life-shop prices.

Light transport

Move a body

Cheap cars exist so the team reaches the zone faster. If you joyride alone, the bank is working against you.

Armor

A bet on the point

Tanks and artillery are pitched as a way to flatten a block or break a hill. High cheque: without infantry nearby, armor feeds someone else's AT.

Air

Logistics, not cinema

Helicopters in the studio's public talk are about lift and support. Flight is promised tighter than arcade. A pilot with no passengers is an expensive skin.

Vehicle jobs: named, unnamed, not at launch

The studio promises 21 vehicles at EA. This table is the jobs, not a mirrored Humvee / UH-1Y / Abrams list.

JobOn Steam?Feeds the team ifSkip when
Light transport Unnamed. Vehicles are in the loadout list, no car names.Bodies reach the zone faster than on foot. You are joyriding alone. The bank is then working against you.
Helicopter lift Named: “ferry supplies to teammates by helicopter”.There are passengers or crates, not just a pilot. The cabin is empty. A pilot with no passengers is an expensive skin.
Artillery tank Named: “man an artillery tank and rain down destruction”.Infantry is next to the hull while you break a hill or a block. You are the only body near the hull. Then you feed someone else's AT.
Heavy armour Named in the destruction line: “heavily armoured tanks” through towns. You change a street the team will actually use, not only park a gun.The zone is about to move and you will be stuck in a street.
Fighter jets Named in 1–2 year EA plans. Not launch day.Do not plan a jet job for 10 September.Always, at launch. If a site shows jets at EA start, that is not from the store.

21 is the studio count. Names and prices wait for an open client. Until then this table is the public jobs plus what is explicitly not at launch.

How not to burn the bank on vehicles

  1. Learn where the zone is this match. Then buy range.
  2. If the team already holds the hill, cheap transport often beats a second tank.
  3. Do not clone someone else's wager: three identical helicopters with no cover are three cheques for AA.
Vehicle names are from your firing-range cards, table above. Life-shop prices will land with a date. Range $0 stays out; we do not mirror third-party dumps.

What the Steam page says about vehicles

The studio gives vehicles no section of their own. They appear inside the paragraph about freedom of choice: 'you could' — followed by a list of equally valid ways to matter. Two items on that list are vehicles, and both are about work for the team.

  • Ferry supplies by helicopter. The wording is 'ferry supplies to teammates by helicopter'. It sits in the same list as buying a ghillie suit and building a FOB: one way among several to be useful, not a reward for rank.
  • Man an artillery tank. 'Man an artillery tank and rain down destruction on the enemy' is the one place the studio names a specific armour type. Everything else about armour is said in general terms.

Separately, in the destruction paragraph: apartment blocks come down to rocket launchers, towns are torn through in 'heavily armoured tanks', and the world reacts to your presence. Armour here is a way to change the geometry of the map, not only a gun platform.

A vehicle is bought per life, like a rifle

The page is explicit: each life you buy a custom loadout 'from a wide selection of weapons, gear, utility, and vehicles'. A tank sits on the same shelf as an optic. The same passage notes cash persists between matches, so spending big at the right moment 'has the potential to turn the tide of battle and could yield massive returns'. That describes a wager, not a purchase.

No fighter jets on 10 September

They are named in the Early Access plans — on the list of what the studio intends to add over one to two years: 'new vehicle types including fighter jets'. That is the future, not launch day. If someone shows you jets in WARDOGS at release, it did not come from the store page.

A vehicle is a group wager, not a skinned spawn

Public materials include armour, an artillery tank, and a helicopter as lift and pressure. Fighter jets are in the full-release plan, not the 10 September day-one list. Do not build an evening around a vehicle that is not in the client yet. We do not publish exact vehicle prices.

One person in a vehicle with no gunner and no infantry in the zone usually gifts the enemy both the machine and the bank. Same rule as a loadout: if you cannot arrive, do not sit in the expensive seat. A helicopter matters when you ferry people into the square or cut an approach, not when you deathmatch over an empty ridge. Infantry in the zone scores; a pretty pilot-cam run does not.

Short answer

What vehicles are in WARDOGS?

Observed in the client garage: SPH-2, L2A6, Humvee, MH-6 and the rest of the ground and air list. Same $10,000 bank as a rifle. No life-shop prices.
