Privacy policy

If you create an account we store the email, username, a password hash, email-confirmation flag, sessions, reset tokens and an optional profile photo. We do not store a raw password. Confirmation and reset mail go through Resend. If you subscribe for an Early Access reminder we store only the address and locale — to write if dates move, or on 10 September. We do not sell emails. Beta notes you send to the desk are stored as an observation draft (shop, field, bank) with no account. Checklist ticks and field notes stay in this browser and are not copied into the account. Cloudflare processes operational logs (IP, user-agent) for network defence.
