Closed Beta 02 opens today at 18:00 UTC, right after The FPS Games Show. A pre-order guarantees entry; playtest waves do not.

How this site differs from a host landing page
WD Help is an unofficial field guide for WARDOGS. We write our own copy from what Bulkhead and Team17 said in public: the Steam storefront, the post-beta recap, Discord, public interviews. We do not paste other sites' price tables, client radars or “secret” tier lists. If a number cannot be checked without ripping files, we label it unverified or we leave it out.
Closed Beta 02 closed at 08:00 UTC on 6 September. That was a Steam pre-order scale test, not Early Access. Early Access is on Steam at $39.99, and in-match cash is not sold for real money. On 30 September the studio posted Update 0.1.2: a window from 08:00 UTC of about an hour, a fix for WD-L020 after Windows 11 KB5124010, and cash and XP exploits closed. That is a deploy, not 'servers are up'. Queue and crash — the counter first.
If the client will not open — use the everyone-or-just-me counter first, then the crash order: reboot, Steam file verify, overlays, Easy Anti-Cheat repair. We do not publish anti-cheat bypasses. If the client is alive but Play is missing on the voice screen, the window is clipped, not crashed: that is a separate short order.
